We ship all of our items through US Mail (unless stated otherwise). If you would like an item shipped internationally, please contact us for an international quote and we would be more than happy to assist you.

When ordering from, please allow up to 5 business days for our items that are in stock to be shipped. Most of the time we can’t wait for you to get your new jewelry so it will most likely ship sooner! Also, if the ring is not in stock or you want to customize it in some way, allow 2-3 weeks for shipment.

For rush orders: please contact me for a quote before purchasing the item and I will give you a revised shipping quote.

►All pieces of jewelry will automatically have tracking and insurance included for your piece of mind.

►►Be aware that once the package gets into the hands of Mr. Postman, it is out of our control unfortunately. In the seriously unpleasant (and rare) case that a package goes into the USPS black hole, we are not responsible. But, no worries: that’s what insurance is for.



We’re total people pleasers. We want you to have nothing but a happy experience shopping at Rebeleer. If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us known within ►14 days◄ of receiving the item and send it back over to us in its original, unworn condition.

On receipt of the item, we will give you a full refund minus any of the shipping costs.

So, maybe you want a custom item? That’s great! Just be aware that given the nature of custom items, we are unable to accept returns for them.

If you would just like to exchange the jewelry for a different size, let us know and we will do a trade off!

Regardless of the situation: USPS black hole, a bear ate the package, or you’re just plain not feeling it, let us know and we’ll make it right.
